FOR THIS YEAR DO NOT CHANGE THE SAME BEACH, THE SAME SEA...

We reconfirm to the letter what we already reviewed last year.
The apartment with sea view is in the center less than 100 meters from the beach.
We have reserved again the apartment n.4, a nice two-room apartment equipped with everything you need to fully enjoy a nice stay in Morro Jable.
Parking (free) in the immediate vicinity. Supermarket Despar (nice and super stocked) 50 meters and, just below the house, a nice cafe.

CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING

Very central, modern apartment, sea view, less than 100 meters from the beach.
The Viviendas where we stayed (n.4) was equipped with everything necessary to facilitate a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom (although with very small wardrobes and no doors) a bathroom with large shower, a closet ( just outside the apartment) with washing machine and everything needed for cleaning.
Convenient to everything: the beach, the parking (free), the Despar supermarket (nice and super stocked), the small center with its bars and restaurants.
The daily rental rate is certainly not among the cheapest but…

top position as well as the beauty of the well-kept, clean apartment equipped with every comfort, from the welcome wine to the personal laundry room
important note, close to two large and convenient car parks and the main tourist attractions

Muy mala Atención al cliente

El apartamento y las vistas muy bien pero estos señores, tras decirles que el agua caliente no iba, no mostraron atención. El último día que estuvimos en el apartamento los llamé y no cogían las llamadas. Me escribieron por WhatsApp tras insistir mucho que me devolverían una noche. Aún la estoy esperando desde hace dos meses. Me han bloqueado las llamadas telefónicas. Atención al cliente nefasta.

EXCELENTE EN TODO

Nos gustó todo, sin excepción, el apartamento, la ubicación, la máxima limpieza, y la gran amabilidad de la anfitriona. La distancia a la playa es excelente, un minuto caminando, al supermercado cinco minutos, restaurantes cerca, pero no tanto como para ser molesto el ruido, un cajero justo al lado. Dentro del apartamento no falta ni un solo detalle en ningún sentido. La decoración maravillosa, jabón más que suficiente en el baño y en el fregadero, la cama comodísima, aire acondicionado, la cocina completísima, vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, tostadora, batidora..., incluso con café y dos tipos de cafeteras, aceite, vinagre, azucar... Y como colofón, un buen queso majorero y dos botellas de vino de cortesía. Una maravilla. Ah, y las ventanas insonorizadas, aunque el ruido de la zona no es algo que resaltar como importante. Es de agradecer también la flexibilidad horaria por parte de la anfitriona, tanto a la hora de la entrada como a la salida. Solemos ir a Fuerteventura, desconocía este apartamento, pero volveremos, seguro. Superó con creces nuestras expectativas por ser el mejor de la zona. Un 11 sobre 10 (No fue necesario coger el coche para nada, eso también es de valorar).
