Ik ben een gouden kaartlid en kreeg geen upgrade of bood zelfs geen upgrade aan. Ook geen vermelding van het krijgen van 40 $ van mijn account. Dit is niet goed voor hun beloningsprogramma

Reis naar Tunesië
Gewoon ok niet zo geweldig. Ze veranderden het laken of de handdoeken niet gedurende twee dagen. We hebben gevraagd om schoonmaak, maar dat is nooit gedaan. Veel personeel spreekt geen Engels. Eten was goed. pls aandacht besteden aan gasten meer
