I’m delighted to hear that you and your children had a great return visit and that you enjoyed the food, service and facilities, especially the adventure playground! I was, however, sorry to learn that your children were granted early access to the pool in error, for which I apologise and will be discussing with our Spa Manager. I also appreciate that the swim times for juniors may be a little disappointing for some of our guests, and again, I can only apologise for this.
