Dirty and Not Dog freindly
However, that is where the good ends. The hotel was "dog friendly" we had to pay extra per dog. We travel a lot with our dogs so expect this. However, there was nothing for the dogs, no water/food bowls, no beds, no treats nothing. In addition to this dogs were not allowed to in the dining area, so we had to sit in the reception area to eat our meals. It was absolutely downgrading.
The room was quite big but so dirty, I feel the room was given a once over and not cleaned properly for a very long time. There was thick dust around the skirting area and thick dust around the bottom of the bed. You could see handprints and marks all over the walls. The only area that looked clean was the bath and shower. Even the toilet had lime scale and something that had run down and dried in the front of the toilet.
There was no hairdryer, iron or ironing board as advertised, and the room was incredibly hot, it felt like the peak of summer not autumn. Also, the noise from other rooms was incredible, you can hear rooms above with people running around and talking. Strangely you can't hear the train station that is maybe 400meters away
I hardly slept the night is was there between the hot room and constant noise until about 3 am
Breakfast was ok can't complain for the cost
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it quite literally is not fit for dogs

A clean, friendly hotel in a perfect spot!
The breakfast had a brilliant choice on offer, with everything warm and the restaurant itself clean and plenty of seating. What made this hotel standout more was the staff, especially Nathan, Anthony and Rymang. Friendly and helpful for our entire stay! We will 100&% returning in the near future!
