DON'T STAY HERE
We went to the room, and my wife went to use the restroom. When she lifted the soap, a roach ran out from under it. Then she noticed that the vanity had been kicked in and could not be opened to see if there were any roaches or anything else in it.
In the middle of the night, the smoke alarm started chirping that it needed a new battery. Called the front desk, desk clerk came up and removed the battery, saying she didn't have another one to put in it.
In the morning, went to use the wall mounted hair dryer. We discovered that the fan blades were exposed, after I almost caught hair in the hair dryer. We decided to check out early. The front desk said that they could not refund the balance for the remaining two days because the manager was unavailable. Well, the manager has been unavailable for 8 days in a row.
Ultimately, we were refunded 30% of the balance remaining "as a good will gesture". So much for the "Quality Guarantee".
