Business weekend

Spacious rooms but the walls were a bit thin and we could hear the kids next door.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The meeting room we used was nicely laid out.
Places around the hotel were just a few minutes walk away which was refreshing.

It was a really nice place and beds were actually pretty comfortable. Check in staff was friendly. Parking gets difficult on the weekend.

Exceptional

Hard to start. I've been staying here for several months and sadly my work project is ending. Aside from the prime location, surrounding restaurants, and great views, the hotel itself is exceptional. It's not only my fellow patrons from all over the world who always seem to be pleasant, it's the staff which sets the mood and strives to make everyone's stay an enjoyable one. From reception, to the breakfast staff, to housekeeping, and maintenance I have to say that I feel like I have made lifelong friends here. Now, I would spend a lot of time at the bar. Not ONLY to drink, but the food is also top tier. I'm usually not one to single people out and I do not intend on insulting anyone or make ANY of the staff feel or be portrayed as less important because like I said you are all great! I do however have to call one person out. Her name is Kate. A super attentive, professional, who has never seized to put a smile on my face or laugh with me at some point every single time that I sat down at the bar even after some of the worst days at work. Anthony, I'm not trying to take anything away from you brother. It has always been a pleasure sitting and chatting with you as well. Now if we're going to be real there can only be one favorite, and mine is Kate!

Great location. Quiet room. Would have loved daily room cleaning. Response to towel request was delayed. Breakfast needs much improvement ( taste, freshness and variety).
