Only complaint was that the noise from the water running through the sewer line down through the walls from the toilet flushing and the shower draining in the room above us was really loud.

Not happy...booked my room two months in advance, only to not get my request achieved. . About one in morning the room was so cold , they couldn't fix the heater, didn't try to Anyway .. waited till they gave us another room not handicapped , took till three in morning to have a warm room to sleep.
Your cold food spread for breakfast is very good, the warm food consisting of eggs and water,, and the gravy biscuits could just use someone to add some flavor to those... Other than those two items it's a good deal. I appreciate it.
The listing was a little misleading about how close and where the parking was and that it was going to cost.. maybe it was the picture was misleading.

The heating system could use some attention. The fan in our original room was so loud we could barely hear one another. We were moved to another room which was overall okay, but the fan kicked in so loudly once in the middle of the night that we both jolted out of bed to turn off the heat. The stay was otherwise great!

When we got into our room the bathroom had a dirty wash cloth with makeup all over it. A dirty cup and used water bottle on the counter. There was hair in the sink, on the floor in the bathroom, and on our comforter. I felt like it was very dirty.

I couldn't connect my iPhone to the TV. Followed all the directions and then went to the front desk to ask for help. Front desk gave me a number to call. I waited on hold for 50 minutes. Finally got someone and that person couldn't help me??? He said someone would call me back who could and no one ever called. I wasn't surprised.
Long term fixes: I wish you had a fan/vent in the bathroom. Lights in the coffee nook would be great.
Otherwise, it's a nice place and Jayden at the front desk was very nice.
