Hotel was nice, clean and a good value. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was restaurants and shopping close by. Plenty of parking, the street is close, and you do hear traffic. No hot tub only a pool.

I reserved a room type and rate that was not honored at check in. This is because the hotel.com site used a different name for the room than what the hotel used. They were unwilling to honor the reservation as I made it.
They offered a free breakfast on the website but there was no breakfast and there wasn’t even coffee and there was no explanation or attempt to fix or compensate for the problem.
The room is underfurnished. There was a table in the kitchen but there were no chairs except one rolling desk chair. No body soap in the bathroom or shower.

Staff was friendly, place was clean.
If you are a light sleeper, please be aware the heat unit was very very loud (I was worried about the street noise but the unit drowned out any other noise).
It was nice to have the continental breakfast.

Not bad for the price. Floors are creaky and a light by the TV didn't work (rm 313). A bit drafty but the heater in the bathroom was a nice touch. We blocked the gap from the front door to cut down on cold airvwhich helped.

Good location, average room. No frills. Old style heater a bit noisy. Old TV set. No streaming. Service is great. Breakfast is great. Did not like in far building of the hotel. Spa is out of service
