Id stay again in a minute

Great hotel in Dalat, close to everything including great resturants and the night markets. Room was huge with 2 double beds abd the bathroom was very modern with great water pressure in the shower. Room was very clean and bed was typically Vietnam hard but I dont mind that at all. The owner let us park our filthy muddy motorbikes right in the spotlessly clean foyer and kept a close eye on them for us which I very much appreciated. Could not fault this place, will stay again.

Basic and noisy

Cheap and cheerful but too noisy. Adjoins the karaoke place next door. There's other cheap and cheerful places in Dalat but if you like minimal sleep and the sound of drunken old men butchering a Viet classic or two, then this is the place for you. Staff were on mogadon.

Not good

We were 4 girls sharing a room at p&k hotel. It was not a very pleasant experience. We booked the room 4 days before the arrival, but when we arrived to the hotel nobody spoke English and they didn't seem like they were aware of our booking. The room was very dirty and they didn't make the bed. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Which was difficult because none of the people who work at the hotel understood us. The worst of all was that we came back to the hotel one night, and it was completely closed. We couldn't get in and had to knock on the door and finally ended up waking some of the other guests. No apology was given and we were very shocked. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Simple room

The climate is very cold Most rooms do not have air conditioning and fans. But with hot water The rooms are cheap and easy walking distance to attractions nearby. The night market. I'll stay here personally. I think for good.

Room was good but service was bad

Hotel service was bad, we entered the hotel and asked about the rates, was told its 250.000VND and we requested to check out the rooms first, as all other rooms was full we were brought to the basement rooms, Room was in good shape, except tiny windows above beds that can be seen through from the outside cannot be covered (no curtains or anything provided to block it), satisfied with the room and we turned to confirm the price was 250,000VND, the receptionist changed the price to 350,000VND. We didn't had a choice as everywhere was fully booked and agreed to the price. Receptionist was always away or pulling a long face. Asking for directions or details about the town was a big chore for her. Overall, room was good but the staff or management was very bad.
