Nestled in the town of Lom between the Jotunheimen and Reinheimen National Parks, Nordal Turistsenter is built in a traditional rustic style with light and modern interiors. The world's best 15-year-old receptionist!

Super nice place! The only thing that pulls down is that it's hard to find the reception. But when you first get to the right place, you meet the world's best receptionist in 15 years. This is his second year and he is the most experienced, kind and good receptionist I have ever met!

Nice location but tired and dirty

We stayed in a 5 man cottage which had a great location right by the river and had “postcard view” towards the stave church.
Inside the cabin was generally ok, but the cabinets in the bedrooms and the fridge were in very poor condition. A closet door was in the hallway and the fridge lacked the freezer door and "holders" for the shelves in the fridge door. The beds cracked very well and the mattresses were not very good.
The cleaning was not good. There was garbage, stains and debris and fast on the floors, dust in the window frames and spindle tissue in the ceilings.
There was a noise (not the river) we didn't figure out what was disturbing the night sleep.
We had expected better standard and cleaning for 1635kr per night.

Bad experience

Really worn-out cabin no closets and very bad smell in the cabin a lot of noise from the charging station and bus stop probably not a place I will come again however must be mentioned looks like you have started so little with renewal but think it will last long before they reach the goal

Looks good in the picture, but the reality is different.

The cabin was cold when we arrived, 10 °C.
The floor in the cabin slopes so much that cupboard doors and doors move away.
Duvets are not included in the cabin! And now I mean quilts, not sheets or duvets that you usually bring yourself.
The cord for the coffee maker is fixed with tape!!
The sleeping loft is a tiny crawl in, where you have to climb in through a 60x60 cm hatch!!!

Sad! Steer away!

Sad dining experience!. Ate a dry/overcooked moose burger with wilted vegetables. The wife ate pizza with ham. Typical frozen base and was served as half a large pizza. Steer away! The service was ok, but the kitchen bore the mark of unskilled labour.
