Austrian Airlines and British Airways fly direct to London-Heathrow. British Airways and easyJet fly direct to London-Gatwick, while easyJet also fly to London-Luton. Eurowings fly to London-Stansted. London is the third most popular destination to fly to from Vienna, so we recommend booking your ticket as early as possible.

Terminal Information – Departing

This is a guideline. Always check your boarding card for up-to-date terminal information.

British Airways and easyJet flights leave from terminal 1 while Austrian Airlines and Eurowings depart from terminal 3. Terminal 1 has a coffee shop (Billa), a snack bar (Burger King) and a smoking lounge (Take-Off). There are few shops in this terminal, although there are essentials like a pharmacy and a duty free store. Read more about Vienna Airport.

Terminal Information – Arriving

At London-Gatwick: British Airways flights land in the north terminal while easyJet land in the south terminal. There's a free shuttle between the terminals. Gatwick's train station is in the south terminal. The Gatwick Express is the fastest way to reach the city and goes to Victoria train station. Suburban trains, coaches, taxis, buses and car hire are additional transport options.

At London-Heathrow: British Airways flights land at terminal 5. This terminal has its own stop on the Heathrow Express train line (which takes 15 minutes to reach Paddington Station) as well as a stop on the Piccadilly tube line. Road transportation such as coaches, taxi and car hire are also available.

At London-Luton: Luton Airport's train station is located ten minutes away by free shuttle bus. From there you can catch a train to St Pancras International: this takes about 40 minutes. If that sounds like too much hassle you'll find taxi, coach and car hire options at the terminal.

At London-Stansted: National Express and easyBus coaches run from the airport to Victoria bus station: pre-booking is recommended. The fastest way to get to London is with the Stansted Express train to Liverpool Street station: this leaves from the train station underneath the arrivals hall. Car hire from Stansted Airportis also available.
